Reminder on External Calendar

This will use the reminder function in your Gmail or Outlook to remind you of a ProClient appointment.

Show Name of user on External Calendar

The name of the user for the appointment shows in Gmail and Outlook.

Show Name of client on External Calendar

You can show or hide the customer name on Gmail or Outlook calendar appointments.

Show Appointment Notes on External Calendar

The note from an appointment will show on Gmail or Outlook.
